Managing Committee on Coaching Centres

Chairman – Nagar Pachayat of concerned Sub-Division/Chairman, Panchayat Samity-as the case may be, - Chairman of Managing Committee
Vice Chairman- Nagar Panchayat of concerned Sub-Division/Panchayat Samity of Managing Committee. In absence of the Chairman, Vice Chairman may chair the meeting
Head Master of the Coaching Centre- Convenor.
All Head Masters/Mistress of the Sub-Division /area – ‘Members’.
Bordowali H/S School, Bordowali, Sadar Sub-Division, West Tripura has separate representation for Agartala Municipal Council.
 
             Function
The meeting of the Committee will be held once in 2(two) months.
They would engage expert/teachers for the Coaching Centres.
The remuneration of the experts/teacher will be as per decision of the Committee. Subject to maximum Rs.200/- per class per hour (i.e. 1hr.- 15 minutes).
The Committee would suggest for improvement of the centers and also for new areas of coverage.
Maths / Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology & English will be taught in the Coaching Center.
Registration Fee @ Rs.50/- onetime may be collected from the students which may be utilized by the Committee of     Coaching Center for development of the center and other unforeseen expenditure.
SDMs/ BDOs will supervise the Coaching Centres.
             Accounts / Materials/Books / Fund
Accounts:
There would be a Joint account in any Nationalized Bank/ Gramin Bank operated by the Chairman and the Convenor. The Accounts would be maintained by respective Centre.
The Head Master Incharge of the Coaching Center will maintain Cash/furnish utilization certificate to the Directorate monthly. Honorarium @ Rs.500/- p.m. will be paid to the Convenor (Head Master) of the Center.
An amount of Rs.7,500/- per month would be released for each Coaching Centre for 8 months in a year.
Materials Books :
The Coaching Center would be supplied Solved Questions of Joint Entrance Examination of Medical/Engineering Examination free of cost.
The Employment News would be supplied to the Schools/Coaching Centres free of cost.
‘Kaj Kerier’ a Bengali daily on Employment news would be supplied by the Department (Employment Services & Manpower Planning)
Fund :
Department of Labour (Employment Services & Manpower Planning) will arrange placement of Fund to Coaching Centers.
